Throughout the decades, the Federation has seen it's share of conflict. With many planets still suffering from the Dominion war, some wonder if the Federation will truly be able to rebound from the losses it has to suffered. It's up to the brave men and women of Starfleet to give the people of the Federation piece of mind once again. Starfleet, in response to these growing concerns, has launched many fine classes of starship, to assure Federation citizens they're safe. One of these fine vessels, the Vikrant class USS Exeter, aims to secure an area of space terrorized by many random assaults since the end of the war. Dear Fellow members,
It is with great pleasure that I can announce that the USS Exeter has been accepted for membership into Obsidian Fleet. Fot the moment we'll be in Task Force 1 till we can find a more perminant placement.
